You are ACTIVE if you have seen Dr. Julia or Tammy for a visit within the LAST 365 days. If you haven't seen either Dr. Julia or Tammy within the last year, or are NOT a medical or coaching patient, you will continue to use the current portal. Normal office hours are Monday 1pm-7pm; Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-7:00pm. All access to the office, including supplement pickup, is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Masks are optional in our office. Please DO NOT come to the office with symptoms of fever or cough - schedule a phone or video appointment instead.
